let's mention friday. it was a fun day at work at MS (marina sq). saw kt and yes. his mouth is still very JIAN4. hahaha... kept squabbling with him. then in fourskin, joanne was crazy, we went mad, we laughed. the shop went upside down. jeremy came to find me too! *dear* came to pick me up from work and we went macs at wcp. bought my shrek hairband.. cute. and my darlie knows now, how good my car-stalling skills is. muahaha.
then the whole of yesterday was with darlie. we went to MS again, bought my havaianas slim!! i chose black. because everyone has the gold one already.. and black is easier to match clothes. safe color and not easily dirtied. hee. that's my birthday present. because japan trip is going to be 2nd anniversary present. we have agreed to classify them this way cos i find it better to tell others 2nd anniversary's present is a trip (first anniversary present was a softtoy kangeroo which took a plane. haha)
a major thing happened yesterday as well. ps knows about it :) and the *major-er* thing is gonna happen in the near future. thank you hubhub. it brought a smile to my face. it burned a hole in your pocket. hahah... a girl's best friend indeed. we shall *upgrade* k. HEE. and note, it's not a question. daryl and destinee. i'm fated with the alphabet D i guess.. it's our Destiny.
just follow law. NICE show. hahahah..
did i mention it? i've applied for NIE. it has been a week. wondering if MOE will employ. but while i'm still waiting for reply, i've gone back to fourskin. will stop working at fourskin after tmr and wed. because....i'm going back to my favourite part-time!! :) i'm going back to MARGARITA's!! i called my Andy and he told me to report tmr. i thought he wanted to see me for interview or what. haha. so no choice, i told him i can only start work next monday. the same old rules (very acceptable rules, haha), same old place, same ol' delicious mexican FOOD!!!
i can't stop smiling. i'm happy.

life ain't that bad after all. @ 11:31 PM
the beancurd at jln kayu is superb. smooth until it slipped right down my throat. heng it was tauhuay. hahah.
then i had fun at dbl O last saturday, the 12th. went with dear and his friends. met zhongkai there! haha how small can the world be... he saw d' first. then zk and i both turned to see each other :) sometimes it's just amazing how each of our lives turns out to be.
mother's day celebration was held at grandma's. a mini one. nice. we still owe mum her bag and pendent. haha.
had my second driving lesson on monday. i'm glad instructor and i are still alive. hahah. drive on the road and i was scared stiff. buck up. i can do it. lotsa mistakes but i have to say i really learnt a lot from this lesson... always complaining to dear i don't understand how drivers got time to look at mirrors. now i understand. when i'm scared, i look at mirrors. haha. like forced to. to check if any car will bump into me not.
went back to work at fourskin heeren on tuesday. nothing to do. and i need the money. a little helps a lot i will say.
and finally last night!! i went for hsbc insurance tea party. quite a good one. =) had dinner with d' before i went MOS with jasmine and jessica. whee! LOSER NO MORE. haha. but i still prefer dbl o. we took hell lotsa photos..! i was also amazed at how similar me and jasmine think. it's scary! we wore similar tops, brought similar bangles and earrings!! gosh, haha. oh, and darlie was so nice to drive down in wee hours just to pick us up, go for supper and send us back. cheerios to u dear!! muahh
just tried the ikea's beefballs. haha. nice. and i'm going to geylang tmr for a nice lunch! frog porridge and my yummy soya bean milk PLUS youtiao!! i hope it doesn't rain tmr so i can go cycling after that. dear has all the time this thurs, fri and weekend. he's gonna start his new job on monday. next time we can't spend so much time together anymore... *sulk* i just hope it won't be that bad.

oh forgot to mention i watched spiderman 3 on saturday. it was a great show. i thought harry was really dashing. hahah. i think i know the type of dream guy i have in mind. i like the guy in Bend it Like Beckham as well. they have that similar look. erm. at least to me. oh pictures from ktv on sunday are up!
for people who like ice-cream. i don't know if you've tried Cookie Summit from swensen's before. but it's really very very yummy! i am well-known to be always displaying a 'cookie-summitted' face whenever i eat that. effect of eating that: all smiles after the first spoonful. subsequently i'll display a very engrossed-in-eating look throughout. and there you go, all response to any questions posed will be lagging for 2 secs. daryl can call me dear 3 times before i look up from my glass. hurr. Anderson's, i'm gonna try your other flavours out SOON too!
fats. please stay away from me... i promise i'll run on wednesdays... provided it doesn't rain... after 5 weeks, d' & i finally ran once again today... hope that helped to reduce my guilt. i ate seafood platter for two with dear on Sunday when we celebrated his dad's birthday. yummy!
the next time i go kfc, i'm gonna order this again. save money. shrooms burger meal and trade up to cheese fries. the cheese fries that i had on monday at taka was ultimate. SO MUCH CHEESE... hahah. and it got rather messy.
sometimes i think stop eating so much helps to save money and make you look prettier once you slim down. so actually controlling diet is such a nice thing.... BUT violet just can't seem to be able to resist ANY temptations!!!! i LOVE to eat.... :)

listening to GREASE soundtrack now. BEST. very nice. it's a present from dear. the show is very nice. everyone should watch it. haha... i love rock n' roll.

i went for my first driving lesson. yup i chose private instead of school. because i'm a poor kid.
i went for my interview at recruit express. erm. don't really wanna mention much about that. i was kinda confused and my interviewer sorta left me even MORE confused. but was really glad when i saw my friend there. she seems to have achieved quite a lot there and is enjoying herself. everyone IS suppose to love his/her job. and i really have no idea what kinda job will make me enjoy working life. i wanna be a good housewife.... hahah..
then i went to meet jamie and jasmine came to join us. 3 of us chatted for 2 plus hours!! hahah.. old girls. and maybe that's why bosses did not say anything. we have agreed to go MOS next wednesday. no one is allowed to back out. haha. i won't. cos it's a chance for me to say 'i'm a loser no more!!' HAHA nah. it just means i can finally visit MOS. ladies' night and we're gonna have our 5 drinks from clinic and then stay out for a long long chat till the first train starts running! YAY. so exciting. haha. we sorta decided what we're gonna wear even! :) we're gonna take photos!! and i'm going dbl O again this sat. holiday is the time to CLUB. hahah.
my driving lesson... instructor was late. i was told to hand in another 50 bucks. oh man. i've spent 130+ this few days over driving stuff... BIG SULK. only got to drive for half an hr cos he gave me instructions and all for the first 40 min. i remember i yawned. haha. my car stalled 2 or 3 times. can't really rem. but it was fun! drove using 2nd gear. mr Lai said my coordination is good but tend to focus too much on one thing. i agree with that. but i wonder if those 2 sentences actually contradict one another...
i'm gonna watch DEATH NOTE 2 now. finally... the dvd is available. but darlie has been on the phone for a long long time. sulk. :( we're gonna watch till 1am i guess.

my university life has ended. i HOPE so. haha. @ 11:52 PM
japanese language lessons got tougher n' tougher as we pursued the higher level modules. i was quite discouraged and disheartened. haha. maybe it was my fault. i did not put in enough effort to maintain good grade. but as our lessons became more difficult, we realise how nice and patient our japanese teachers were. lessons were sometimes pressurizing but fun each time. we're having a barbeque this friday night. it's very nice to see such a united class. i feel happy. pictures of my japanese classes throughout the course of study are posted. too bad i only took pictures with okada sensei and chiba sensei.
oh and 1 last thing. violet is a student no more!!! YAY. i hope larh. my shiji module shouldn't get me my first C+ after all. haha. cos my last assignment finally got me an A-!! and my notebook went OKAY. haha.. lucky me. now it's all depending on whether my general biology can get a 'S'.
i feel happy. yet lost. what am i going to do next i ask myself.
erm.... i wanna get my PDL. i wanna drive. haha.
i wanna dye my hair again.
i wanna do this... do that....
and the list just gets longer. *beams*
